Capabilities
Sheet metal capabilities
Cutting, forming, hardware and welding across the partner network, finished and assembled on the same order.

Laser cutting
Flat profiles in steel, stainless and aluminium sheet from 1 to 6 mm, cut to ±0.2 mm — brackets, panels, gussets and blanks.

Bending & forming
Press-brake forming to ±1.0° on the bend angle and ±0.254 mm bend-to-edge — enclosures, chassis, covers and channels.

Hardware, welding & assembly
PEM and rivet-nut hardware, tapped holes and welded assemblies, finished and assembled on the same order.
How it works
From RFQ to delivered parts in four steps
A single point of contact, clear pricing and documented quality at every stage.
Submit your RFQ or drawing
Send your CAD file or PDF drawing with the quantity you need.
Receive a costed quotation
An engineer matches your part to the best-fit vetted partners and returns a landed-cost quote within 24 hours.
Manufacturing begins
On approval, production starts with a named point of contact and quality checkpoints at every stage.
Delivery with quality assurance
Parts ship with inspection reports and material certificates — DDP, delivered to your dock.
Request a quote
Send your drawing. An engineer quotes it within 24 hours.
A CAD file or a PDF drawing, and the quantity you need. The quote that comes back is the landed cost, with duties and freight included.
- 1An engineer reviews your drawing first
- 2You receive a landed-cost quote by email

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- What sheet metal work do you take on?
- Laser-cut profiles, press-brake formed parts, and the hardware, welding and finishing that turn them into a finished assembly — brackets, enclosures, chassis, panels and covers. Send your flat pattern or 3D model and an engineer quotes the whole part, not just the cutting.
- What tolerances can you hold?
- Laser-cut features to ±0.2 mm, bend angles to ±1.0° and bend-to-edge to ±0.254 mm, in sheet from 1 to 6 mm depending on material. Every lot is inspected against your drawing before it ships.
- How much does sheet metal fabrication cost?
- It depends on material, thickness, the number of bends and operations, finishing and quantity. Upload your CAD file or drawing and an engineer returns a landed-cost quote, duties and freight included. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- How do you vet the fabricators?
- Each partner is audited on site before it joins the network and re-audited on a schedule. Across the network we hold ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 and ISO 13485, and every job has a named Metal Market engineer as your single point of contact.
- How is quality assured before parts ship?
- Every lot ships with material certificates and a dimensional inspection report. First-article inspection and PPAP are available on request, and our engineers carry out a pre-shipment inspection before anything leaves the factory.
- How does delivery to the US or Europe work?
- Parts are delivered DDP — duties paid, freight arranged, straight to your dock. The quote you receive is a landed cost, so there are no surprises at the border.
“Very good experience. It saved both time and money — we were able to launch our product on schedule.”
