Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Metal Marke's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

Metal Marke provides on-demand manufacturing services including CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, and injection molding. We connect customers with our network of vetted manufacturing partners.

Orders and Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
Orders are confirmed upon payment
Lead times are estimates and may vary
Custom manufacturing orders are non-refundable once production begins

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your CAD files and designs. We will not share, reproduce, or use your designs except as necessary to fulfill your order. All designs are kept confidential.

Quality and Warranties

We guarantee that all parts will be manufactured according to the specifications provided. If parts do not meet specifications, we will remake them at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability

Metal Marke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
